AbleLight is pleased to welcome Masai Davis as the new Area Vice President for Northern California.
Masai brings more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities across a variety of residential, supported living, employment, and community-based services. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations strengthen programs, build partnerships, and expand opportunities for the individuals and families they support.
Most recently, Masai served as Direct of Administration for Social Vocational Services in Berkeley, California, where he oversaw 23 programs, including community care licensed facilities, supported living services, and supported employment. He is known for bringing together team members, providers, agencies, and community partners to support strong, person-focused services and meaningful outcomes.
Masai’s experience and relationships within the Northern California developmental disability community will help strengthen AbleLight’s presence in the region and support continued growth in programs and community partnerships.
