As the year comes to a close, we are pausing to look back at how our mission came to life in 2025. At AbleLight, we are committed to ensuring people with developmental disabilities are loved, secure, and flourishing in their communities. Our FY25 Impact Report shares how that commitment translated into support, services, and opportunities this year.

Team AbleLight’s Impact
We could not do this work without the dedication of Team AbleLight. Throughout 2025, our teams in Supported Living, Shared Living, and Congregate Living provided consistent, person-centered support that helped people feel safe, respected, seen, and at home.
Across Day Programs, Employment Supports, AbleLight Thrift Shops, Behavior Supports, and Faith Integration, team members helped individuals build skills, explore interests, pursue work, and deepen connections with their communities. Throughout the year, we continued to provide quality, caring support across existing services while also expanding ways to reduce isolation, grow opportunity, and support whole person well-being.
A Community Effort
The progress reflected in the Impact Report is the result of many people working together. Families and guardians provide steady encouragement and advocacy. Donors, volunteers, and community partners help expand what is possible through their generosity and commitment. Faith communities offer connection and belonging for those who wish to grow in their spiritual life. Our Board of Directors provides leadership and guidance that keeps our efforts focused and accountable.
Looking Ahead with Gratitude
As we look forward to a new year, we are grateful for everyone who helped make 2025 a year of impact. Every role and every act of care helps create a world where people with developmental disabilities can live with security, purpose, and connection.
Thank you for everything you did this year to help people with developmental disabilities flourish this year.
