Raegan Gyorffy
Vice President:
Clinical Services & Quality
Raegan Gyorffy serves as Area Vice President of Clinical Services and Quality at AbleLight, where she provides leadership across clinical programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities. She brings a strong foundation in nonprofit management, program development, and strategic leadership to ensure services are thoughtful, effective, and responsive to individual needs.
Reagan has a thoughtful and grounded approach to her work, with strong experience in program design, evaluation, and continuous improvement. She is known for strengthening services while balancing quality, compliance, and operational needs. Her ability to apply evidence-based practices and focus on measurable outcomes helps guide teams in delivering care that is both effective and consistent.
She oversees behavior supports, quality, and nursing, and works closely with operations and compliance to support programs across markets and service lines. Drawing on her experience across clinical and community-based programs, she focuses on strengthening services, so they are effective, responsive, and centered on the needs of the individuals AbleLight supports.
Reagan’s leadership supports the continued growth and strength of AbleLight’s programs, helping ensure individuals and families can rely on intentional, high-quality care.
Scott Wurzbacher
Regional Vice President:
California, Minnesota, Wisconsin & AbleLight Thrift
Scott Wurzbacher brings deep experience in multi-site operations, team leadership, and community-focused service to his role as Regional Vice President overseeing California, Minnesota and AbleLight Thrift. Throughout his career, he has led large, diverse teams across multiple states, strengthening operations, developing talent, and enhancing the experiences of employees and the individuals they care for.
Scott provides strategic leadership for operations in California and Minnesota, ensuring programs and services remain person-centered, responsive, and aligned with AbleLight’s mission. His focus on operational excellence and team development helps create safe, supportive environments where individuals can thrive and families can trust the quality of care.
In addition, Scott oversees AbleLight Thrift Shops’ retail operations across the Midwest. He is deeply committed to employing people with developmental disabilities, fostering inclusive workplaces, and creating meaningful career opportunities that reflect AbleLight’s values.
Scott is known for his steady leadership, practical problem-solving approach, and strong commitment to inclusion and community connection, helping ensure AbleLight’s work has a lasting impact.
Andrea Aldinger
Area Vice President:
Colorado
Andrea Aldinger brings a thoughtful and forward-looking approach to her role as Area Vice President in Colorado. With more than 20 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings, she is recognized for expanding services, improving access to care, and helping organizations respond to the evolving needs of the people they support.
She approaches leadership with a strong sense of purpose and collaboration. Andrea’s strengths in strategy, business development, and care navigation help teams identify opportunities, strengthen systems, and deliver consistent, person-focused support. She works closely with teams to create solutions that enhance quality while opening doors for more individuals and families to access services.
Andrea’s leadership reflects a deep commitment to ensuring people have access to the care and resources they need, and a belief that support should be both responsive and accessible. She aligns closely with AbleLight’s mission and Christian foundation, supporting the efforts that promote dignity, connection, and opportunity within the community.

Kathy Burke
Area Vice President:
Oregon & Washington
Kathy Burke brings a thoughtful and person-centered approach to her role as Area Vice President in Oregon and Washington. With over 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare and community-based services, she has led complex operations, supported diverse teams, and helped organizations strengthen the quality and effectiveness of their services.
Kathy is known for building strong teams and creating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Her strengths in operational leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning help teams navigate change, solve challenges, and stay focused on delivering meaningful results. Her approach is grounded in the idea that the best outcomes happen when people feel supported, valued, and equipped with the tools they need to succeed.
Through her experience as an American Sign Language interpreter, Kathy witnessed firsthand how often individuals are defined by perceived limitations rather than their strengths. That experience helped shape her belief that every person deserves the opportunity to thrive and drew her to AbleLight’s mission. Her leadership reflects a commitment to seeing the person first and creating responsive, personalized services that recognize individual goals, abilities, and aspirations.

Masai Davis
Area Vice President:
Northern California
Masai Davis brings a deep passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in his role as Area Vice President for Northern California. With more than 15 years of experience in the developmental disability field, he has led a wide range of residential, supported living, employment, and community-based programs, helping organizations deliver meaningful support across diverse service settings.
He is known for bringing people, programs, and resources together to strengthen services and expand opportunities for those they support. His experience overseeing multiple service lines and leading large teams has given him a broad understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the developmental disability community. He works closely with team members, providers, payers, and community partners to build strong relationships and support services that are responsive to local needs.
His work reflects a belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to live, work, and thrive in their community. Drawing on his experience across supported employment and community-based services, he is passionate about creating pathways that help individuals pursue their goals, build connections, and experience greater independence.

Shelly Dawson
Area Vice President:
Southern California
Shelly Dawson serves as Area Vice President for Southern California at AbleLight, providing operational leadership across the region to support individuals with developmental disabilities. With more than 20 years of experience in the developmental disability field, she brings expertise in quality care, team leadership, and community engagement.
Shelly is known for her ability to strengthen services while keeping people at the center of the work. Her experience in leading teams, overseeing complex operations, and partnering with consumers, providers, and payers help create strong foundations for consistent, person-focused support. She brings a practical, service-focused approach that empowers teams to navigate challenges, build trust, and deliver meaningful outcomes for the individuals they support.
Her commitment to the developmental disability community extends beyond program operations. Through longstanding relationships with local organizations and community partners, she understands the importance of connecting individuals and families to the resources opportunities, and support systems that help them thrive. She is passionate about furthering AbleLight’s mission and continuing the organization’s legacy of making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Pam Ducklow
Area Vice President:
Kansas & Western Missouri
Pam Ducklow brings a deep understanding of AbleLight’s mission and the individuals we support to her role as Area Vice President in Kansas. Over nearly three decades with the organization, she has grown through a variety of roles, beginning in direct support and advancing through leadership positions across residential services. Her experience at multiple levels of service gives her a unique perspective on the needs of individuals, families, and team members.
Pam is known for her collaborative leadership style and her commitment to building strong, high-quality programs. Her strengths in program development, quality improvement, policy advancement, and relationship building enhance services and foster meaningful partnerships with community organizations, state agencies, parents, and guardians. She is also passionate about mentoring team members and helping others grow into leadership roles.

Nicole Johnson
Area Vice President:
St. Louis & Eastern Missouri
Nicole Johnson is a steady, people-focused leader who brings clarity, collaboration, and deep experience to her role as Area Vice President in St Louis and Eastern Missouri. With a background of over 26 years in the human services industry, including extensive nonprofit leadership, she is known for strengthening programs, supporting teams, and ensuring services reflect both quality and compassion.
She leads with both insight and care. Nicole’s strengths in program oversight, service development, and stakeholder engagement guide consistent, person-centered support. Her relational approach builds trust and connection, creating environments where team members and individuals supported can thrive.
Nicole’s leadership is grounded in a strong commitment to people with developmental disabilities and their families stemming from personal experience within her own family. She aligns closely with AbleLight’s mission and vision, working to ensure services uphold dignity, stability, and opportunities to grow and help more people live independently in their community.
A native to the St Louis area, Nicole’s deep experience, balanced approach and dedication to excellence makes her a trusted partner and advocate in the region.
