Raegan Mallaney Gyorffy, LCSW, MBA, named AbleLight Vice President of Clinical Services

 DENVER – Raegan Mallaney Gyorffy, LCSW, MBA, joins AbleLight as Vice President of Clinical Services. With an impressive background in non-profit management, program development, and strategic leadership, Raegan brings invaluable expertise to the AbleLight team in program development, implementation, and evaluation. 

As the top clinical leader in the organization, Gyorffy will ensure the clinical services AbleLight delivers to individuals with developmental disabilities support the whole person, are grounded in evidence-based practices, supported by clinical outcomes, and meet all service and regulatory expectations. She will continuously evolve the quality of our services across all intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) service lines and all markets. Behavioral health, quality and nursing teams will report directly to Gyorffy, and she will work in close collaboration with operations and compliance. 

Before joining AbleLight, Gyorffy held significant roles in organizations dedicated to enhancing community well-being. She oversaw hospice, volunteer and bereavement programs and ensured compliance with industry standards, while reducing spending and increasing service offerings. Gyorffy’s commitment to community well-being extends beyond her professional roles. She has actively engaged with organizations like the Women Leaders Association and the Boulder County Substance Use Advisory Council. 

Gyorffy holds an MBA from Western Governors University, Millcreek, Utah; a Master of Social Work from Spalding University, Louisville, Kentucky; and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, and she’s a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado.
