A group from AbleLight recently attended a St. Louis Cardinals game, spending the afternoon together at the ballpark with a clear view of the field. Tickets for the outing were generously donated by the St. Louis Cardinals, making the experience possible for the group.
During the game, individuals supported had the opportunity to take in the atmosphere, cheer with the crowd, and enjoy time in a familiar community setting. For some, outings like this can represent meaningful progress in social engagement with others and participating in shared experiences.
Experiences like this create opportunities to build confidence, connect with the community, and take part in outings that may otherwise be difficult to access. AbleLight is grateful to the St. Louis Cardinals for their generous ticket donation and the amazing day the group enjoyed.
