New Leadership Roles Announced on AbleLight’s Board of Directors

AbleLight is proud to announce the officers of our 2025 Board of Directors, elected during November’s regularly scheduled meeting. These dedicated leaders bring a deep commitment to our mission and a broad range of experience that helps guide our work across the country.

We are pleased to welcome Christine Tricoli as Vice Chair of the Board. Christine is a seasoned human resources leader with a passion for inclusion and service. Her fresh perspective and energy will help us continue to grow with care and excellence.

Maura Stevenson, Ph.D., and Randall Odzer were both re-elected to their roles as Secretary and Treasurer, respectively. Their continued leadership strengthens the stability and strategy behind our work.

Jim Rymarcsuk continues to serve as Chair of the Board. This position was not up for election in 2025.

Our board members offer more than just their time and expertise. They visit programs, connect with the people AbleLight supports, and share in the work of building a world where people with developmental disabilities are loved, secure, and flourishing.
