Learning, connection, and a little friendly competition
At AbleLight, promoting compliance and ethics is about more than policies. Even when activities are engaging and creative, the impact is lasting. When compliance and care work together, people we support experience greater security, stronger safeguards, and services rooted in dignity and respect. Strong compliance practices help protect rights, build trust, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services in every home and program.
Throughout February, team members across the country are engaging in activities that reinforce these commitments in practical and memorable ways. Interactive sessions such as Compliance Bingo and Jeopardy are bringing important topics like documentation, reporting, and ethical decision-making to life. With every round of Jeopardy, teams are strengthening their knowledge while enjoying a little friendly competition.
Wristbands sent throughout the organization are being worn proudly as a reminder of our shared commitment to integrity, accountability, and care. Virtual backgrounds, team conversations, and group participation are adding to the energy and engagement throughout the month.
We are grateful for the enthusiasm our teams are bringing to this important work and for their daily commitment to doing what is right for the people at the center of our mission.
