AbleLight proudly welcomes Cynthia Bentzen-Mercer, PhD, MBA, BCC, to its Board of Directors.
As a board member, Dr. Bentzen-Mercer will play a vital role in guiding AbleLight to grow their impact and strengthen their mission to help people with developmental disabilities live full, meaningful lives.
A seasoned executive and human capital strategist, Dr. Bentzen-Mercer brings decades of leadership experience in healthcare, philanthropy, and mission-driven organizations. She is the founder of Bentzen Performance Partners and The Zeal of the Heel, and previously served as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President at Mercy, leading HR, government relations, philanthropy, and community relations for the $8B health system.
An advocate for purpose-driven leadership, she has served on multiple non-profit and university boards. Her insights and expertise will be instrumental as AbleLight continues to grow and expand its reach across the country.
