Jasmine has always been surrounded by love, first raised by her great-aunt and guardian, Hannah. As needs and goals evolved, Jasmine found continued stability and belonging through AbleLight in a home that supports growth over time.  

Through Shared Living, Jasmine lives with a caring provider in a family-based home where routines, preferences, and goals are honored. Embraced as part of the household, Jasmine builds relationships and experiences the consistency and care that help her thrive.  

AbleLight’s Shared Living, also known as Host Homes, connects people with developmental disabilities to families in the community who open their homes and their lives. For Jasmine, this support means being known, valued, and supported through each stage of life. The story reflects how belonging and care shape a home where people can grow, feel secure, and flourish.
