Bringing Expertise and Leadership to Support Continued Growth

MILWAUKEE, WI – AbleLight, a national leader in pioneering life-changing services that empower people with developmental disabilities to flourish in life and in their communities, is excited to announce the appointment of three new members to its board of directors. Each of these individuals brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and passion for our mission, further strengthening the board’s capacity to guide AbleLight’s mission.

Amanda R. Brown, MBA, LSSGB

Amanda R. Brown is a seasoned healthcare executive with nearly 20 years of experience managing operations and compliance within the healthcare industry. Currently the Vice President of Revenue Integrity at CoventBridge Group in Jacksonville, Florida. Brown is recognized for her leadership in driving organizational-wide transformation and implementing industry-leading compliance programs. Her career includes executive roles at ATTAC Consulting Group, Nebraska Total Care, and New Directions Behavioral Health (now Lucet), where she developed and led teams in achieving operational excellence.

Brown holds an MBA from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University. She resides in Kansas City, Missouri.

Will Coughlin

Will Coughlin brings extensive experience in private wealth management and investment advisory, having managed significant portfolios for ultra-high net-worth individuals and institutions. He serves as Senior Investment Strategist and Partner at Alpha Capital Family Office, a multi-family investment office in Denver, Colorado. His previous roles at City Private Bank, Goldman Sachs and Highland Capital Management equipped him with deep expertise in asset allocation, portfolio implementation, and business development.

Coughlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Xavier University. He is based in Denver, Colorado.

Robert Sigler

Robert Sigler is an accomplished investment banking executive with over 20 years of experience in sales, trading, and investment banking. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at WestShore Wealth in Newport Beach, California, Sigler is known for his strong revenue production, client relationship building, and strategic advisory skills. His extensive background includes leadership roles at UBS Investment Bank, Merril Lynch & Co, and Morgan Stanley, where he managed teams, developed marketing strategies, and advised major institutional clients.

Sigler holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He resides in Newport Beach, California.
